Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the item for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping Costs

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the customer will need to follow the return process.
